21 July 2014Custodian Capital appoints Finance Manager due to expanding operationsCustodian Capital is delighted to announce that it has appointed Ed Moore as its new Finance Manager. Ed has 13 years audit and advisory experience from Grant Thornton, where he concentrated on the mid-corporate, listed entity space. Ed will oversee the management of Custodian REIT plc following its listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in March 2014. On his appointment, Ed said: “I am delighted to be appointed to oversee the financial management of Custodian REIT. It is an exciting time for the company given the amount of growth and properties acquired since its launch.” Custodian REIT plc’s diverse portfolio consists of properties let to institutional grade tenants on long leases throughout the UK. Recently, the company has acquired numerous properties including nine retail outlets that has boosted the total funds invested to £34.7 million. This acquisition completes the investment of available cash following the IPO. His knowledge of the industry, combined with his technical expertise will be a tremendous asset to our expanding operation.” Custodian REIT is focused on delivering an attractive level of income together with the potential for capital growth from a balanced portfolio of real estate assets.
