Custodian Property Income REIT plc launched on 26 March 2014 with £95 million of UK commercial property portfolio. This was sourced from an existing portfolio of 48 properties, held by clients of Mattioli Woods in a syndicated structure.

Custodian Capital Limited is a subsidiary of Mattioli Woods plc. Custodian Capital is a property investment and management business, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Their core business is acting as the fund manager to Custodian Property Income REIT plc.
Custodian Property Income REIT plc’s diverse portfolio consists of properties let to institutional grade tenants on long leases throughout the UK. In addition to the seed portfolio, the Company raised gross proceeds of £55 million through an initial public offering and raised a further £25 million via a subsequent placing.
Unlike most property funds Custodian Property Income REIT plc’s policy is to invest in properties between £2 million – £10 million.
