Custodian Capital to speak at pension seminar for IFAs in Manchester

Custodian Capital has been invited to speak at a free pension seminar, designed to provide both practical information, and solutions to complex pension dilemmas, which may occur during planning with clients.

The seminar will feature a section on commercial property within a SIPP, the purchase and lease back of a business premises and syndicated property purchases. Managing Director, Richard Shepherd-Cross from Custodian Capital will be a guest speaker and will talk about the benefits of direct ownership of property.

The seminar will take place on 5 December in Manchester at the Crowne Plaza Hotel between 2.00 and 4.00 p.m. and will also feature two speakers from award-winning specialist pension provider City Trustees.
