Custodian Capital to speak at pension seminar for IFAs in Guildford

Custodian Capital has been invited to speak at a free pension seminar, designed to provide both practical information, and solutions to complex pension dilemmas, which may occur during planning with clients.

The seminar will feature a section on commercial property within a SIPP, the purchase and lease back of a business premises and syndicated property purchases. Managing Director, Richard Shepherd-Cross from Custodian Capital will be a guest speaker and will talk about the benefits of direct ownership of property.

The seminar will take place on 23 October in Guildford at Barnett Hill Hotel between 2.00 and 4.00 p.m. and will also feature two speakers from award-winning specialist pension provider City Trustees.
